At Sterling & Hartwell, we allocate no less than 90 minutes to every initial consultation. We use that time to understand your current asset base, your liquidity needs, your family and succession situation, and the level of risk you are genuinely comfortable carrying. There is no product pitch in that first meeting. The outcome is a written summary of what we heard, what we believe the key risks are, and what strategy families we think merit further discussion. You leave with something concrete regardless of whether you proceed with us.
We welcome enquiries by phone, email, or appointment at our Constanța office. Video consultations are available for clients outside the Black Sea region.

No documents are required at the initial consultation. A general sense of your investable asset range and your primary financial objectives is sufficient. If we agree to proceed further, we will provide a structured document checklist covering the information we need to build a proper risk and capacity analysis.
The initial 90-minute consultation is provided at no charge. Sterling & Hartwell charges advisory fees on a transparent, documented basis for ongoing mandates. Our fee schedule is provided in writing before any engagement begins, and there are no commissions or undisclosed payments from product providers.
